I think I grind my teeth, what can I do?
Grinding or clenching you teeth can be quite normal but when it is done regularly it can harm your teeth and cause other oral health issues. Often teeth grinding or clenching can be caused stress, medical conditions or missing/crooked teeth. Grinding tends to happen in your sleep, people tend to not realise they are grinding their teeth however there are signs that might help you find out if you’re grinding or clenching such as having headaches in the morning.
