Bruxism (teeth clenching and/or grinding) commonly occurs at night and some individuals are unaware of it! Once it becomes a regular habit – bruxism can affect your dental health. Common signs of dull headaches, sore/tired muscles in you jaw and pain radiating to your ears are related to bruxism. You may also notice your teeth becoming sensitive, beginning to wear down, chip, crack or even feel loose.
